What makes a perfect pizza?

1: The Dough

2: The Crispiness Factor of a not-soft-nor-bready-crust.

3: Garnishes: not too wild on the sauce, with extras kept to their minimum (3 to 4 max) to avoid soggy bottoms.

Mangiafoco got all three points right on.

Our Pizza Prosciutto was delightfully crispy and had just the right amount of tomato sauce under a mountain of prosciutto and rocket salad that barely left a print on the chewy and soft dough.

All served in a cool industrial urban décor.
