Stop. Boiling. Your. Lobster!
Cantonese ginger scallions lobster is, without a doubt, the most anticipated dish at a Chinese banquet. Tasty and oh so flavourful, I always thought of this lobster dish as one of life’s ultimate delicacy. And one which unmistakably came with a rather high price tag.
But it doesn’t have to be that way.
Fast forward to a week ago, the internet taught me that we could easily replicate this dish at home, at a fraction of the restaurant price tag. So here it is my friends : Homemade Ginger Green Onions Lobster that taste just like in the restaurant :
Ginger Green Onions Lobster Recipe Ingredients:
- One lobster
- 4 garlic cloves
- 1 large piece of ginger
- 1 handful of scallions
- Vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce
